Register with Evergreen Life PHR to allow you to

- Nominate your preferred pharmacy
- See all your test results in a list
- Monitor your food habit (requires smartphone app)
- Monitor your happiness levels
- Monitor your fitness levels
- Keep a Personal Health Record
- Get automatic notifications when it is time to take your medication
- Store important documents and links to favourite websites related to your health
- Get health advice
Patient access allows you to

- Nominate your preferred pharmacy
- Proxy access for your children and those whom you care for
- Get health advice
