Introducing Community Hive, Tameside & Glossop’s Community Mental & Emotional Wellbeing Offer, providing a range of support, information, guidance, and training to young people age 8 – 18 years old, living in Tameside and Glossop.
When: Every Monday – 3pm-8pm
Our Hyde hub is located at St. Barnabas Hattersley Rd East, Hattersley, Hyde SK14 3EQ.

A mental health and wellbeing hub for children and young people aged 8-18 and their families. Offering a range of services to support children’s mental health: Arts and Crafts group, 1-2-1 intervention, group courses and counselling. Services can be accessed by attending a drop in appointment any Wednesday. Appointments can be booked by calling 0161 330 9223 or walk in between 4pm and 7pm. (Ashton-under-Lyne)

Young MInds produce a range of easy-to-read publications about young people’s mental health and wellbeing. They also probide a vital source of trustworthy online information for young peopel and parents where they can share their experiences and support each other.
Action for children has lots of tips to help you spot signs of mental health issues in children and advice on the action you can take to help
Childline is free, confidential and available any time, day or night. Young people can talk on the phone, by email or through 1-2-1 counsellor chat. Whatever feels best for them. Online support is also available on facebook, YouTube and Instagram so yougn people can share ideas or get tips about lots of different issues including anxiety and low mood problems.
Outide of hours, young people are advised to call 111 or attend the A&E department if there are any urgent concerns
